Cellicious: Wonderful Works for Cello and Piano
Thursday, April 17 • 6:30–8:30pm
Join us for a special concert in the Windgate Foundation Atrium featuring AmiciMusic with Daniel Weiser on piano and special guest Amy Barston on cello. AmiciMusic is a chamber music organization based in Asheville and Baltimore dedicated to performing the highest quality chamber music in intimate venues and non-traditional spaces. This concert breaks down barriers between performers and audiences by setting up a more relaxed and informal atmosphere through informative talks about each composer’s life before each piece is played. Concert-goers are invited to explore the Museum before the concert. Exhibitions Halls will close at 6pm to allow time for seating and refreshments at the Perspective Café Pop-Up Bar.
