The Asheville Art Museum invites you to visit for free on Saturday, October 10 between 11am–5pm! Come celebrate the exhibition The Art of Paper with an afternoon of creativity and community engagement.

Featuring live music, art activities, exhibition tours, and more.

Community Day Schedule of Events

11–5pm: Free admission to the Museum, including the special exhibition The Art of Paper.

11:30am–3:30pm: Live piano in the Windgate Foundation Atrium with Willie Sime

Noon–2:30pm: 30–minute Express Tours of The Art of Paper held every half hour.

2–2:15pm and 3:15–3:30pm: Asheville School student dance performance in main gallery of Warp, Weft and the Grid.

2:30–3pm: Asheville School student dance and poetry performances in The Art of Paper.
