Time is of the Essence: Contemporary Landscape Art

Time is of the Essence: Contemporary Landscape Art is a meditation - a deeper look into what appears on the surface.  This exhibition gathers together work by a select group of artists who investigate intersections between time and place, stillness and movement. 

This exhibit catalog is 6 pages with a brief description of the exhibit, artists and their works and with a forward from the AAM executive director, Pam Myers.  The exhibit was on display during February 22 - June 22, 2008.  The artists featured are: Laurie Anderson, Ken Fandell, Kimsooja, Charles Mary Kubricht, Maya Lin, Sally Mann, Richard Misrach, Kiki Smith, and Hiroshi Sugimoto.
